Le ricette squisite dello chef Luca Seveso e la vista magnifica sulle guglie del Duomo potrebbero essere due ottimi motivi per visitare il Maio Restaurant, ma oltre a ciò potete approfittare della formula Business Lunch durante i giorni lavorativi: con 21 euro è possibile gustare un piatto del giorno (a scelta fra circa 4 proposte diverse), con acqua e caffè (coperto incluso) (qui il menù). L’ambiente è curato e rilassante. Le pietanze, inutile dirlo, buonissime. E’ possibile chiedere una versione vegetariana di quasi tutti i piatti nel menù. Inoltre è molto suggestivo poter vedere i cuochi all’opera grazie alla vetrata nella saletta interna (ma sempre con vista).
